Adam Comey

PRESIDENT AND CO-FOUNDER

Raised in New England and taught at an early age to appreciate skiing, Adam started ski racing at the age of seven. Having spent over 20 years competing, Adam is recognized as one of the most successful telemark skiers in the world. He holds an A.A. in Geology from Castleton State College and a B.A. in Social Philosophy/Energy Systems from Evergreen State College.

While traveling and surfing in Brazil, Adam and Dave Swanwick formulated the initial framework of MSI. Guided by Adam's leadership, MSI has continued to branch out into other action sports including: big-air snowboarding and skiing, skateboarding, BMX, snowmobiling, boarder and skiercross, and combined music and sports festivals.

As president, Adam has used his experience to effectively create, manage and promote action-oriented mountain sports. With a commitment to retaining the rise of the youthful core culture, maintain athlete support,and gain industry recognition, Adam has assembled a team of seasoned athletes,event managers and media professionals to elevate mountain sports within the sports market.
 
Adam recently welcomed twin boys Hayden and Maddox with his wife Augusta in October 2007.
